Up for auction is a good running XL250 4 cycle scrambler that came with a collection of bikes I purchased. I had the bike gone thru last summer and it hasn't been run since then. it had the gas tank flushed and sealed, carb rebuilt, new plugs and points, and battery. (Although the battery is now dead, I'm not sure if you can bring it back or not) The bike runs great and only has a relatively low 10,000 miles. The Italian division of Honda has comprehensively modified the CRF1000L, giving it the dashing style of an experimental vehicle along the way. There is a pretty good attempt to endow the motorcycle with the features of a Dakar monster.

The Japanese proposed a warning system about the danger that lies in wait for the driver in the blind zone. Honda engineers have proposed equipping the motorcycle with cameras and radars that will detect dangerous proximity to another vehicle or pedestrian and warn the driver through light indication or tactile feedback.
