For sale is a 1981 Honda C70 scooter that belong to my son and has no title. He had it running last year but I cannot get it started. There is light to medium surface rust on the scooter but nothing structural. There are several new parts, battery, fuel lines, side covers, front fender, some of which have not been installed. Also among the parts are couple of extra carburetors and the original front basket and front rack. Scooter has 4,738 miles and has no title. It is being sold as is, where is, in New Orleans. Buyer must pick up once payment clears. I will only except the $50 PayPal down payment and the balance may be paid by personal check or money order. Please allow10 days for payment to clear. If you don't like what you see when when you come to pick it up, you may have your money back. I will not renegotiate.

Honda is recalling 22,142 motorcycles from shipments produced between 2010 and 2016. The reason was the vibration from the engine, which over time leads to chafing of the fall sensor wire in the common harness. Dealers promise to move the wire to another location and replace the sensor free of charge.
