1974 Suzuki GT750 Water Buffalo. The biggest 2-stroke triple Suzuki ever made. This bike starts right up and idles very well. I had the (3) carbs professionally rebuilt at Montgomery Motorcycles in San Clemente. It shifts well. All electronics including the fan, gages, lights, turn signals all work great. It needs front brakes and the tires are old - but they hold air very well. The rear brake works ok, probably could use a new brake shoe. So, I haven't driven it faster than about 30 mph since its so powerful it got a bit scary with lacking brakes. I have too many projects and don't see making time to finish the brakes and tires this year. Let me know if you have any questions. I can deliver the bike within about 50 miles of San Juan Capistrano, California for $100. Up for auction is my original 1963 Suzuki T10 250 twin 2-stroke. This bike is a true survivor with original paint and only 4101 miles. Amazing that it stayed preserved all these years. Bike does have a Michigan title that is NOT in my name. It is signed off by the person on the title and shows a selling price of $5.00, it has no notary stamp or other markings on the title. Title shows the bike as a 1965, however that's impossible the t10 was replaced by a t20 in 1965, so that was the year this bike was first titled. Bike fires right up and the engine sounds very nice with no abnormal piston slap or other noises. Clutch pulls easily, throttle is smooth and easy to twist. Clutch operates perfect with no slippage. Bike shifts perfectly into all 4 gears, and it rides really nice and smooth. Sounds really good too. Has a new battery, however it's smaller that what it should have, so the electric start barely works. Battery also needed a small piece of wood added for a tighter fit. (I ordered the incorrect battery) With a charger hooked up the electric start also works perfectly. Has a brand new NOS voltage regulator/starter solenoid as well. All the lights work, headlight high and low, tail/brake light, neutral light. This model never had turn signals, and it still does not. 1965 Suzuki MD50. Everything works (lights, horn, neutral indicator, etc.). Starts right up and runs/drives great. Carburetor cleaned and adjusted, muffler baffle cleaned, carbon removed from piston and cylinder head. New sealed lead-acid battery. Tank liner installed. New speedometer/odometer and headlamp housing. Otherwise, externally nothing has been restored (original paint, hardware, etc.). There is some discoloration on the tank chrome that appears to be permanent (see photos). Ignition switch works but is not keyed (switch can be turned on/off with anything that fits into key slot). This is a 1973 TS 400 Apache I acquired on a multi bike purchase which was a 74 TS250 & A 73 TS400 and this was part of the deal. Someone back in the day had converted to a trail bike by hacking the wire harness, removal of all lights and switches and has installed TM front suspension and rear wheel.. I checked spark and compression and both were great so I installed a refurbished carb from Paul Miller motorcycle, new air filter, new intake boot and throttle cable, check clutches and they were free, installed new transmission fluid, sprockets and chain, new knobbies with tubes, check tank-very clean and installed\a new fuel tap and line, regreased the steering bearings, put on some PE bars with new levers and the beast fired right up, idles and runs great for a 43 year old motorcycle The following is a lost of all new parts;Throttle cable, air filter, intake manifold, fuel tap and fuel line, levers and perches, sprockets and chain, new knobbies and tubes, front fender, rear shocks and misc hardware.2016-08-05 04:48:41Goose Creek, South Carolina, United States4004500 -

Mon, 13 Oct 2014From a Suzuki press release: The 2015 Suzuki MotoGP GSX-RR was unveiled at today’s Motegi MotoGP race in Japan as 1993 World 500cc GP Champion Kevin Schwantz was joined by 1982 World Champion Franco Uncini for demonstration laps at the Twin Ring circuit. Schwantz, who joined the Suzuki MotoGP test team for its test at Austin in Texas, USA earlier this year, rode the GSX-RR while Uncini demonstrated the GSV-R that last competed in the 2011 MotoGP series. Kevin Schwantz: “I started very carefully as we didn’t start from pit-lane and without tyre warmers, but I soon felt the machine was being very stable and I was able to speed-up.

Mon, 06 Oct 2014At Intermot this year Suzuki made it official: the company was returning to MotoGP in 2015. There had been some speculation about a 2016 return considering that will be the year of new ECUs and a switch to Michelin spec tires, but team boss Davide Brivio confirmed the GSX-RR prototype will be in action next year, piloted by Aleix Espargaro and Maverick Vinales. However, Suzuki will also make a wildcard appearance at the season ending round of the championship at Valencia with test rider, Randy DePuniet, at the helm.

Fri, 03 Oct 2014From a Suzuki press release: Yoshimura Suzuki Factory Racing has signed former AMA Pro 250 Motocross Champion Blake Baggett to the team today during the 2015 Suzuki Motor of America, Inc. (SMAI) Dealer Meeting at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Baggett will join Yoshimura Suzuki’s James Stewart in the premier class for the 2015 AMA Pro Supercross and Motocross seasons, but his first race on the Yoshimura Suzuki RM-Z450 will be Las Vegas’ Monster Energy Cup later this month.
