Suzuki Other tech info
Suzuki Other description
Up for sale is my 1980 Suzuki TS250 in great condition. It hasn't been used in a long time and and has been stored most of its life. I bought it and cleaned the carburetor and it fired right up. This bike runs with lots of power and shifts great through all the gears. This bike even has the original tool kit under the seat! The tank is in great condition and has a couple shallow dents as seen in the pictures that could easily be popped out. the paint is in great condition with only a couple minor scratches also pictured. All the chrome should also shine up beautifully. The right plastic looks to have been warped from the exhaust heat but I would imagine it could be reshaped with a heat gun. The left plastic looks like someone glued up a crack (pictured). This bike is in great condition as can been seen in the pictures but it still has its flaws. I did notice that the horn is not currently working. Also the taillight is not currently working but it probably just needs a bulb. The headlight and blinkers work. I would encourage anyone to see this beauty in person if possible. this bike is all original and complete! I also can send more pictures or videos of it running to anyone that asks. feel free to fire any questions my way and i will answer as fast as I can. I am putting NO RESERVE on this bike so don't miss out!
This bike is being sold "as is" with no warranties. The buyer is responsible for paying for the bike within the first 7 days and it needs to be shipped out within 14 days of auction end. I only accept cash or certified cashiers checks. Please fee free to contact me anytime and i will help in anyway I can. Happy bidding and have a great day!

Suzuki Recalls 2012 V-Strom 650 and Burgman Scooters
Fri, 10 Feb 2012Suzuki issued a recall campaign for its 2012 V-Strom 650 and Burgman scooters due to a defect in the brake light activation switches. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, rear brake lights may not activate when the rider squeezes the brake levers of the affected models. As a result, other road users behind the affected unit may not realize it is slowing down, increasing the risk of a crash.
BSB 2012; Mystic Mac investigates
Tue, 03 Jan 2012In my opinion, the smartest move in the BSB off season has to be Michael Laverty moving from Swan Yamaha to HM Plant Honda. With a ban on electronics for 2012, and in particular traction control, WFR's Graham Gowland has already proved to Laverty how competitive an EVO spec Fireblade can be - so I’m tipping both these riders to be bang on the money at the Brands Hatch season opener in April. Unlike BMW, Kawasaki and Yamaha, Honda have deliberately developed their road-going Superbike without electronics to give a user friendly feel with good mechanical traction, so it’ll be interesting to see how the opposition copes with their high-tech trickery stripped off.
2013 AMA Supercross Houston Race Report
Mon, 08 Apr 2013Ryan Villopoto captured his fifth-consecutive AMA Supercross win and sixth in seven rounds with a victory in the main event at Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider passed holeshot-taker Mike Alessi on the opening lap and led the rest of the way for the win. Alessi, riding the Motoconcepts Racing Suzuki RM-Z450, remained in the hunt for the first few laps but soon gave way to a group including Team Honda Muscle Milk’s Trey Canard, Red Bull KTM‘s Ryan Dungey and Yoshimura Suzuki’s James Stewart.
