1990 Suzuki Katana 750 barn find under 1000 miles (1990)
Hi you read it right this 1990 Katana has 950 miles on it. The Man I bought it from was the original owner he took it to bike week in Florida had a close call with it and then he parked it in his garage for the last 23 years. All the mileage you see on it is from that first year on the road the rubber parts are all good on the bike nothing is dry rotted the tires hold air and I have driven it with them but they wont pass inspection. All signals work, gas gauge, brakes, lights, rev counter and speedometer. Tue, 29 Jan 2019Suzuki has adopted the SR-VVT (Suzuki Racing Variable Valve Timing) system on the 2017 GSX-R1000. A centrifugal drive system is integrated into the intake gear and adjacent guide plate. It features 12 steel balls and slant grooves to rotate and synchronize the intake valve at a predetermined RPM for increased power at high RPMs.
