I have here a beautiful 2000 Kawasaki Vulcan Drifter that was modeled after the early prewar 30's and early 40's Indian. I obtained this bike in a trade a few months ago and have been using it as a display in my shop. I was given a bill of sale only with the bike and was told the owner passed away and he bought the bike as is from the family that could never find the title. I do not know how to contact them but there are numerous ways to obtain one. This bike will only come with a bill of sale it will be your responsibility to obtain a title in your state.
The bike is very clean and has always been stored indoors has a super low 2249 miles on it tires are still in great shape and not dry rotted but I would change them do to age before I went cruising down the interstate (that's just me). The bike does run but will need the carburetor rebuilt. Paint is clean and chrome all cleans up nice all of the lights work and the bike even has cruise control. This is a super nice retro styled bike that would be awesome to put back on the road or is also great for display everyone who comes in thinks it's an old Indian and the run right over to it. Some debadging and a nice custom paint and you could leave some wondering if that's the real deal or not. All deposits are non refundable and due within 24 hrs. with full payment due within 7 days. Motorcycle Thefts Down 11.2% in 2010
Wed, 21 Sep 2011Motorcycle thefts in the U.S. are down for the fourth consecutive year in 2010, according to a report from the National Insurance Crime Bureau. There were 49,791 reported motorcycle thefts in 2010, an 11.2% drop from the 56,093 thefts reported in 2009.

Mon, 23 Apr 2012The Netherlands hosted a dramatic weekend of World Superbike racing that featured a red-flagged wet race, several riders crashing while leading, a first-time race winner, a photo finish between two teammates and the reigning World Champion finishing out of the points because of a poor choice of tires.
