Up for bid is a 1998 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500E Classic. Looks and runs great. No maintenance issues at all. Has Cobra 2-1 exhaust and Thunder intake. Stock intake system has been removed. Has cam tension extenders installed. Tires are newish. Great bike and fun to ride. Miles will change as I'm still riding it.

Kawasaki ZX-10R vs Mazda RX-7 [video]

Tue, 18 Jan 2011

The sport of drifting in the car world has been entertaining motorsports enthusiasts for years, spawning national race series across the globe.  And this genre is now gaining a foothold in the motorcycle world. The Ninja is ridden by Nick “Apex” Brocha, smoking his ZX’s fat rear tire against the RX at Sandia Motorsports Park in New Mexico.

I've sat through enough manufacturer' presentations recently to know that we're in trouble. Ignoring the still booming Asian markets, the rest of the motorcycle World is in free-fall. Even looking at the figures optimistically we're still only selling half the volumes we were in pre-crash 2006.

Kawasaki KLR650 Returning For 2015

Tue, 09 Sep 2014

One of Kawasaki’s most popular sellers, the go-anywhere, do-anything KLR650 will once again be a staple of Kawasaki’s 2015 lineup. Preferring to run on either dirt or asphalt, the dual-purpose bike is very versatile, able to take riders almost anywhere they wish to go on- and off-road. The 651cc Single may not be the most inspiring engine in the world, but it gets the job done.
