1983 Honda Interceptor on 2040-motos
Honda Interceptor tech info
Honda Interceptor description
Completely rebuilt first-year Honda Interceptor. Started as a project with my son and for my son, but I soon realized this was WAY too much bike for a beginner. The V4 is very torquey and powerful.
Everything that was replaceable was changed. What was done: Rebuilt carbs, checked and cleaned valves, Spiegler brake lines, Shindy master brake cylinder, brake rotors, new starter, brand new spark units (these are awesome), LED turn signals, Magazi billet mirrors, new Delkevic exhausts and more! This bike was stripped all the way down and every nut and bolt checked and replaced where needed. Also added Air-Tech fairings. A gunner seat also comes with the bike (not shown).
It's fun to watch people look at this bike and try to identify it.
This bike is essentially brand new and needs nothing except someone ready to ride.

Ok, it’s not THAT new… Somehow it slipped passed me back in April. I guess I was too busy watching people do wheelies on scooters. The new 2010 Honda Fury TV spot has a lot of quick edits of intense scenes including a shark jumping up at your face and various animals and people screaming at you. Let’s not forget the dude getting punched in the face and people getting blown around by a tornado. Ya, it’s INTENSE and kind of scary. You don’t see too much of the bike except for it standing stationary near the end.Wed, 02 May 2012
Dani Pedrosa is probably the most enigmatic of MotoGP’s “Aliens”. He doesn’t have the charisma of a Valentino Rossi, he doesn’t attract controversy like teammate Casey Stoner, and he doesn’t have the exuberant victory celebrations of Jorge Lorenzo. There’s also a large segment of American fans who still can’t forgive Pedrosa for taking out his teammate Nicky Hayden at Estoril in 2006, almost costing the Kentucky Kid the championship.
