This is a running 1978 KTM GS 175 six speed with a TITLE.. We have other projects in our shop and have decided to sell this bike without restoring it. Obviously this is not an SX model. eBay somehow inserted that BARN FRESH FIND 350 XC - I literally pulled this out of a barn in Utah, took it to the car wash and here is what I know.... it shifts fine....all 5 gears and easy neutralclutch disengages correctlyit has great compressionkick starter lever is missingit needs a good going overtires are junk....might be the OEM tireshandlebars are bentgrips are shotseat has a few tears on the edgesrims are straightfork seals are not leakingbrakes need rebuildshock needs rebuildfenders are age deterioratedit doesnt look like this bike was ridden a lot....check frame rub on boot areas and skid plate is near cherry. pipe has a few minor dings.....very repairablemissing LH side panel This bike has a monster torquer engine and could be made street legal.2016-11-15 04:52:07Logan, Utah, United States13900 -

One of these rules states: if someone offers to loan you a bike while you’re in town visiting, you say, “Yes, please.” And so it was that I found myself standing next to a KTM 250 Duke, calmly contemplating my odds of surviving SoCal freeways on a 30-horsepower (claimed, at the crank) bike.
