Yamaha YZF description
This is the predecessor of the well known R1. Bike runs and shifts good with lots of power. Haven't really got a chance to open it up but there is always extra throttle leftover. This is 1 beefy bike that's super comfortable for you and a passenger whether its long distance or on the the strip. Never raced or stunted since I've owned the bike. New chain, new sprocket and new rear tire with receipts to prove it. I am looking to upgrade to something newer, My loss your gain. Can be a great start for street fighter, track bike, custom ride or kept as is. Could use rear brakes and maybe a fuse for turn signals. Clean green Michigan title also willing to include matching leather jacket with inner shell for $100..... $2400 O.B.O. In the latest video, Yamaha factory riders Jorge Lorenzo, Ben Spies, and Monster Tech 3 satellite riders Colin Edwards and Cal Crutchlow are joined by Yamaha legends and champions Eddie Lawson, Wayne Rainey, and Kenny Roberts.

Wed, 15 Sep 2010This picture of me chasing Foggy on the Daytona banking in 1991 brought back some bitter sweet memories recently. I did half a season as his team mate on the Silkolene RC30s before scurrying off to Japan to ride a factory Yamaha Superbike. I’ve never been a quitter but I felt the team that year was gear stretched running two riders so it was a case of last in first out.
