Available is an excellent condition 2007 Yamaha YZF-R1. Please see all pics as this sport bike is in excellent condition with 10k miles and few to no imperfections. Previous owner was a mature adult rider with an impressive motorcycle collection. This was his daily rider which meant it was meticulously cared for. Upgrades were performed to make the bike either safer or more fun to ride. The title is clear and in hand and mileage will remain the same as this bike will not be ridden much before the sale.
Recent upgrades/parts replaced: -new battery installed a month ago. -battery tender hookup. -Pazzo Levers for clutch and brake. -Akropovic Slip on Exhaust. -Puig Windscreen. -Frame Sliders. -R1 badging on seat with "carbon fiber" look. -Michelin tires. -Power Commander fully installed. -PWM "mesh style" wheels -tires/brakes in good condition -ready to ride I personally rode this bike before listing it and it rides great. All forward gears engage as they should and the bike has smooth power delivery. All electrical accessories work as they should and the chain, sprocket and tires are in good condition as well. Corbin Rider Appreciation Day July 5 & 6 In Conjunction With Rebirth Of Hollister Rally
Mon, 03 Jun 2013Corbin has announced that all vendor spaces on the lot are filled for their 4th Annual Rider Appreciation Day, held this year on July 5 and 6. Last year, Corbin had thousands of riders show up to help celebrate our country’s birthday and take part in the festivities and expects a much bigger crowd this year, since the city has approved the Hollister Rally and the event covers two days. Mike Corbin reported that the city is feverishly working on the final details in order to make this year’s Hollister Rally one to remember.
Isle of Man TT 2013: SES TT Zero Results
Wed, 05 Jun 2013Motoczysz captured its fourth consecutive TT Zero at the 2013 Isle of Man TT, setting a new official record for electric motorcycles by averaging 109.675 mph on the Mountain Course. Michael Rutter piloted the Motoczysz E1PC to a lap time of 20:38.461 for his third straight TT Zero win. Finishing second as he did last year was John McGuinness on the Mugen Shinden Ni, with a time just 1.6 seconds slower than Rutter, with an average speed of 109.527 mph.
