2013 Victory Boardwalk Teaser Video

Victory released a video teasing a new model for 2013, set to be unveiled at the end of the month. The video only offers the briefest glimpse of the new model, the 2013 Victory Boardwalk. What we can see is the white paint color, a Kingpin-style rear fender and a similar fuel tank design as the Judge with its hard edges.

Hot off the trails of the Hard Ball’s release just last month, Victory Motorcycles is showing no signs of slowing down in 2012, as it’s set to debut yet another new model January 20 at the New York International Motorcycle Show. Details about the new machine are scarce, but if we were to guess judging on the graphic above we’d say it could be loosely based off the Vegas due to its conventional fork and lack of fairings. What we do know from the graphic is that it will be powered by the tried and true 106 c.i.

Marc Marquez Crash Data Analysis From Silverstone

During warm-up for last weekend’s Silverstone MotoGP race, Repsol Honda rider Marc Marquez crashed between turns seven and eight, losing the front while on the brakes. The fall caused the MotoGP rookie’s shoulder to pop out of its socket, and Alpinestars has released the data from Marquez’ Tech-Air-equipped suit for us to further examine. Looking at the graph below, you’ll see the impact was focused on Marquez’ left shoulder.
