Triumph Trident tech info
Triumph Trident description
1975 Triumph Trident T160 750cc 5speed. Not currently running. I bought this bike from an estate sale in non-running condition. I was told it was running when left in storage several years ago by the previous owner who is now deceased. I could not verify this of course, but bought the bike with the intention of getting it running again, but have not found the time to even look at it. The bike has no battery and seems to be stuck in gear! Maybe just the clutch is stuck? Anyway, best figure it needs lots of work to get it running. It is a rare bike, not many like this around any more... Bike has the flat Euro style handlebars, and the bigger gas tank too, also has the cool pea-shooter style exhaust Paint is really nice on the bike, bike is complete nothing missing, no rust, really nice chrome! No reserve, must sell, need the space! Clear Florida title in my name |

A thing of beauty?

I’m still running it in but as it’s reputation suggest the bike doesn’t disappoint. There are some noticeable differences over most other naked bikes I’ve ridden, you could call them quirks, but i'll talk about those in a week or so.

Triumph Rocket 3: Hope you like black
Tue, 29 Sep 2009COLOURED PAINT must be thin on the ground at Triumph: the company's latest incarnation of their gargantuan Rocket 3 will only available in black when it's released early next year. And there's more torque, too: 165ft-lbs to be precise - up 15 per cent on last year. Triumph also say the new bike will offer "A completely different riding experience from its predecessor." Bold statement.
