OVERVIEW On auction is my 2015 Triumph Thruxton Ace Special Edition. Only 325 of these beautiful bikes were made available in the USA and you won't find a nicer example than this one. I bought the bike in July 2015 and it's been very lightly (and carefully) ridden by a mature owner (only 1194 miles) and lovingly cared for. The Thruxton has been garaged (under two covers) since new. Unfortunately, due to my growing family and work commitments, I no longer have the time to ride, so the bike needs to go to a new home. MODIFICATIONS The only modifications that I have made to the Thruxton was to replace the rear fender, rear light and turn signals with a British Customs fender eliminator kit and small bullet turn signals. The Thruxton's profile is a lot cleaner with the smaller turn signals and stock fender removed. All work was done by the professionals at Dylan Brothers in Nebraska (before they shipped the bike to me last year). No other modifications have been made. Everything else is completely original stock. EXTRAS INCLUDED Owners handbook Warranty and Service Record book (first service stamped in May 2016 by dealer PJ's Triumph in Albuquerque) Certificate of Authenticity stating the bike's Special Edition status 2 sets of keys Thruxton Ace key ring Original stock rear fender, rear light and turn signals + hardware.

I got this bike ( 1969 TR6 #s matching) from a man that has owned it since 1972 he said it was last rode in the late 1970s last started in the late 90s it has just over 14 thousand miles I got it cleaned it up and looked it over it dose have some rust and light pitting on most of the chrome the gas cap was painted wrong handle bars tires in bad shape along with some of the other rubber the paint is faded and there is a few dings also the tachometer glass is cracked and the rings around the gauges are dinged I have a clear title and the #s match I also have ignition key but no fork lock key the motor rolls and the transmission shifts as it should I do not have the time to restore it as I have other projects so I am selling I will work with any buyer on shipping and will ship worldwide if needed let me know what you think and I will do my best to answer any ?s this bike is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end auction early

I'm selling my triumph T-140 bobber and as you can see everything has been touched if it's not painted it's chromed the motor was opened and completely gone through it runs as good as it looks !There is a lot of custom one off pieces that are fabricated welded and sent out to chrome the hard tail is a David bird 6" stretch with 2.5" drop all tig welded, PM rear brake caliper, All wiring runs through the frame as well as the return oiler line that feeds the top rockers, It has a boyer electronic ignition, 18" rear and 21" front tires the amazing paint was done by Headcase Customs in West Covina the bike won 1st place in Best Paint category at the David Mann show in Ventura no matter where you go it just grabs people's attention it's truly a beautiful bike I've just lost interest in ridding. This circa 1971 Rickmann Metisse was completely disassembled and rebuilt from the ground up. The 500cc Triumph twin engine was done by the late Jim Strohmeier and chassis work by Matt Hilgenberg of Speed & Sport. Frame was nickle plated, rims powdercoated and laced with SS spokes/nipples, new wheel bearings, replated hardware, seat cover, fork seals, tires & tubes. All chromed parts rechromed; all alloy polished. I built the wiring harness to incorporate head and tail lights and horn. Electrics controlled by a Mity-Max regulator/rectifier/battery eliminator. Beautiful, lightweight, powerful example of a classic Rickman Metisse.
