Suzuki Other description

Bike is titled & currently registered in my name.
Currently has 23,002 mile but its likely to have a few more miles when its sold.
Have owned the bike for several years but haven’t put many miles on it.
The bike is part of a collection that includes a 75 T500. The 75 T500  is a mid cafe & I’ve put a lot more miles on that one.

Am realigning my collection a bit, so I recently sold one of my Yamaha XS650s & am now selling one of my T500s.

The bike may sell locally, so this auction may end early if the bike is sold.
Also, if one of my other “extra” vintage bikes sells before this one, then I may end the auction early & keep this bike.

Recent work on the bike includes:
new motor top end & crank seals
rebuilt oil pump
Pingel vacuum petcock
new battery

Its not a show bike, but its a nice example with minimal rust as shown in the pics.
The bike is mostly stock, except for a halogen H4 headlight & a Pingel vacuum petcock.
The bike is in good working order but has a rather small oil leak & the front brake pulses.

The motor has a limited number of miles since the rebuild — please be mindful that vintage bikes have “new motor” break-in restrictions.

Please be mindful of the fact that the bike is around 42 years old & does not have any warranty.

Shipping costs and shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer.

Cresent Suzuki Team Entering WSBK; Several Other Shoes Still to Drop

Fri, 21 Oct 2011

British Superbike racing team Crescent Suzuki announced it will enter the World Superbike Championship next year, but Suzuki racing fans are perhaps left with even more questions about the 2012 racing season. Crescent Suzuki will enter two riders on GSX-R1000 superbikes next season, but the team has not named its riders or described the level of support it will receive from Suzuki. This season, Crescent Suzuki fielded John Hopkins and Jon Kirkham with Hopkins falling short of winning the championship thanks to a photo finish on the season’s final race.

Bautista: Brands Hatch: Suzuki GSV-R800

Mon, 09 Aug 2010

MOTOGP man Alvaro Bautista enjoyed a few laps of Brands Hatch at the weekend's British Superbike action, entertaining the crowds on Suzuki's GSV-R800 racer. Bautista was joined by former British Superbike Champion John Reynolds and BSB front-runner Tommy Hill, who also took a spin on the 240bhp machine. The dude in the background on the last image, riding a GSV-R, is Crescent Suzuki boss Paul Denning.

A Dizzying Lap Of Donington Park + Video

Wed, 28 May 2014

Donington Park in the United Kingdom is one of the most unique racetracks on the World Superbike calendar. With wide, fast, sweeping corners combined with tight chicanes and road undulations, the track is challenging for many riders. Here, climb on board with Giuliano Rovelli as he pilots a Suzuki GSX-R1000 around the track with several Nilox cameras mounted for a bevy of different angles.
