Classic Steve McQueen era Kawasaki F11 250 Enduro time capsule Vin # F1129880 w/ matching numbers. Starts right up and rides great. 2800 miles. Original paint. The bike has had one owner besides myself and I planned to fully restore it but never get to it. It was garage kept but here in the Northwest metal gets a little surface rust from the condensation as you can see in the pictures. The pictures pretty much say it all. Mechanically and structurally solid with no functional issues. The things that need attention are front tire has the start of some storage separation near rim but is safely ridable as is, speedometer cable is separated from hub (done by me oops), the air filter was misplaced, the turn signal electrical needs to be hooked up, air intake side trim piece missing. Thats about all I can see. Lots of torque, shifts nice, good balance and shock absorption. Good travel in forks. Have original title and original owners manual. Pick up or shipping the responsibility of buyer. Arrangements can be discussed. Payment must be received within 48 hours of auction end. Attack Performance Announces MotoGP CRT Effort
Mon, 09 Apr 2012Attack Performance officially announced it will race in the 2012 U.S. Grand Prix and Indianapolis Grand Prix on a Kawasaki-powered Claiming Rule Team machine. Reports the Huntington Beach, Calif., racing parts manufacturer was granted a wild card to the two American MotoGP rounds surfaced last week, the AMA Pro Racing regular officially confirmed the news just as the 2012 MotoGP World Championship got under way.

While the company’s name might not be commonplace among performance oriented riders – yet – some pretty big names are using MWR filters even though the company doesn’t pay sponsorship dollars. According to MWR’s press release, “the reigning WSBK champion, Tom Sykes uses MWR Air Filters in his Kawasaki ZX10R.” Also, 17 riders at the Isle of Man TT were running with MWR filters.
