This 31 year old bike has only 51xx miles on it. (You read that right. 5,1xx miles!) These are rare and unusual bikes, especially with miles this low and ESPECIALLY this clean. It has a 6 speed transmission that shifts buttery smooth. Even though it is a 454 ("half a ninja") it has plenty of pep for both new and experienced riders. Its light weight makes it easy to handle and its good looks get plenty of thumbs up! It is belt driven, so no chain to oil and no associated mess. If you remember these bikes and always wanted one, now is your chance. This may very well be the lowest mile one of these in captivity. Oil and filter recently changed as well. I almost forgot to mention: With the bike is the original tool kit and lock box (VERY rare. Look at any pictures of these bikes), and the OWNERS manual and Kawasaki SHOP MANUAL. Isle of Man TT 2014: Bikenation Lightweight TT Results
Fri, 06 Jun 2014Dean Harrison won his first Isle of Man TT race, taking the three-lap Bikenation Lightweight TT by 14.6 seconds. Harrison took the lead early, having the fastest time through Glen Helen ahead of last year’s Lightweight TT winner James Hillier by about half a second. Harrison stretched the lead to 9.7 seconds by the end of the first lap.
WSBK to Make Fake Headlight Stickers Mandatory for 2013
Fri, 29 Jun 2012World Superbike racebikes will be required to have fake headlight stickers on their race fairings to more closely resemble their production series counterparts. The new regulation, set to kick in for the 2013 WSBK season, was designed to establish a closer link between the production model and the race-trim superbike. The new rules will also mandate 17-inch aluminum wheels.
2015 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R Revealed
Tue, 06 May 2014Kawasaki revealed the 2015 edition of the Ninja ZX-10R as well as a special anniversary edition marking 30 years since the debut of the Ninja GPZ900R in 1984. The 30th Anniversary Ninja ZX-10R features a Lime Green/Pearl Stardust White paint job similar to the design of Kawasaki’s World Superbike Championship racer. The special edition model also features 30th Anniversary badging on the side of the fairing behind the headlights.
