I have a very clean older ktm for sale. I purchased this bike from the second owner about two years ago. Upon purchasing I replaced both tires , air filter , cleaned tank and rebuilt carb , installed bark busters , replaced seat , new front and rear sprockets. The bike also comes with a fmf pipe and a extra seat. I believe the pics explain the rest. The bike comes with no certificate of origin or title. This bike runs and performs just like new. Erik Buell Racing 1190RS and KTM RC8R Make AMA Superbike Debuts
Mon, 11 Jul 2011The July 8-10 Mid-Ohio round of the 2011 AMA Superbike series featured the debut of two new superbikes, the Erik Buell Racing 1190RS and the KTM RC8R Race Spec. Chris Fillmore (11) finished an impressive seventh place in a red-flagged Race One for KTM-HMC Racing while Geoff May (99) placed eleventh on the Amsoil EBR 1190RS. The second race saw both riders finish in the top ten with Fillmore in ninth and May in the ten spot.
Having a blast on the KTM Duke 125
Fri, 30 Sep 2011With young Taylor finally lifting my riding ban from his 125 Duke last week (I snapped the gear lever off in a failed garden stunt), I’ve been clocking up a few miles on what surely is the ‘must have’ learner bike of 2011. Last week I hopped aboard for a jaunt into the heart of Leicester where you can still park bikes for free then walk to all the major shops in minutes. I needed to appear in person at the main Post Office for an International Driving Permit as I found out without one; I couldn’t drive during my trip up coming trip to the Japanese Grand Prix.
