Honda CB description

Runs beautifully, just came back from a 30 mile ride. New battery, exhaust, paint, master cylinder, and I don't remember what else. Front fender has pitting, and the tires are old and should be replaced. But you can ride it home. It sounds wonderful and it is a delightful bike to ride. Can work with your shippers for export.

Did he stall it or is there a disc lock hidden within the pixilated video?
