Harley-Davidson Touring description

For sale, 2012 Harley Davidson Road Glide Ultra with many extras and very low miles (4500) She's in perfect condition and has never been dropped or abused. Because I am 6'6" I have her set up for a taller rider, however I still have all original parts. Currently set up with Carlini 12" apes, extended shifters, clokwerks windshield, adjustable highway pegs, boom audio hidden antenna, screaming eagle pipes, La Pera-daddy long leg seat with back rest, center stand, Harley convertible tour pack so you can easily take off the pack to cruise. Comes with regular shifters, clear 16" windscreen, original seat and can easily be set up for a shorter rider. Has ABS brakes and all the original paperwork. Selling so I can get the '17 Road Glide Ultra. Serious inquiries only, no dealers and I do not need assistance selling my motorcycle. Clean title.

Up front is a seven-piece nacelle with a dual halogen lamp mounted tight to the 49mm telescopic fork and frame.

Would you pay 160,000 for this?

Pretty it may be, but you wouldn't catch me spending £160,000 on this 1915 Harley-Davidson 11-F Twin that's coming up for sale at a Bonhams auction. It's allegedly one of the most sought-after Harleys and has buyers from around the world itching to splash out on it. Not literally, you'd hope.

Off-Road Motorcycle and Free-Ride Bicycle Compared

Thu, 11 Dec 2008

What if anything do bicycles and motorcycles have in common? Besides the whole two-wheel thing, it isn’t outright apparent that these two “handle-barred beasts” share more than ancient ancestry. Modern Off-road motorcycle and Free-ride bicycle designs side-by-side illustrate how much technology the two have in common.
