Harley-Davidson Softail description

This is an auction for a low mileage FLSTS in great shape that has always been garaged.  There is one scoff on the left headlight, shown in the pictures.  The bike runs great, has Screamin Eagle heads on it for added performance.  Includes the stock bags and seat, but also include an addition aftermarket seat with quick disconnect Boss Bags, not pictured.  I can send pics if you would like.  I can also send a video of it running if you would like to hear her purr!  


Newer tires, and add on luggage rack is included in the auction.

Harley-Davidson Donated $4.5 Million to Various Causes in 2012

Harley-Davidson donated more than $4.5 million to support various charitable groups in 2012. The donations, which include both grants and merchandise, went to several organizations, including those around Harley-Davidson‘s bases in Milwaukee, Wis., York, Pa., and Kansas City, Mo., but also to groups across the nation. The Milwaukee chapter of Habitat for Humanity received a $200,000 grant for its Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative, helping fund housing projects in the Washington Park community.

Harley-Davidson Closing Australian Cast Wheel Subsidiary

Harley-Davidson is closing its cast wheel and hub producing subsidiary New Castalloy, deciding to outsource production to third-party suppliers. Based in Adelaide, Australia, New Castalloy produces about 1,450 wheels and 500 wheel hubs per day for Harley-Davidson. That work will be transferred to outside suppliers by the middle of 2013.
