Up for your Consideration is a very Custom & Wicked Harley Davidson Trike Conversion, This a Trike I built when I was living in Huntington Beach. It started off as a stolen recovery bike from North Carolina (Hence the NCMS Vin). It has a clean California Title and registered as a SPCNS (Special Construction) and has been inspected by the California Highway Patrol and Ca DMV. Trike was Registered in 2008/2009 but was not finished until December 2011 ready for the 2012 show season. This was a 5 year project and have full documentation along the way of build. There is nothing that has not been touched on this machine and everything is either new or rebuilt so it is pretty much a new machine. This Trike was on the cover of the October 2012 Issue of V-Twin magazine as the Feature Bike. And is the only Trike to be on the cover of a Paisano Publication, It also took Best Trike and Best Motorcycle at the Grand National Roadster Show in 2012 which no trike ever takes best motor cycle There is a little bit of paint discoloration around gas cap from when it got transported. Harley-Davidson Recalls 250,000 Motorcycles for Rear Brake Light Switches
Mon, 24 Oct 2011Harley-Davidson is issuing a recall for 250,757 units from its Touring, CVO Touring and Trike line from model years 2009 – 2012. The rear brake light switch on the models in question may become degraded due to the heat from the exhaust systems. This may affect brake light function and may result in a brake fluid leak.
Louisiana Bill Updates Maximum Handlebar Height Legislation
Thu, 17 May 2012Louisiana state lawmakers have approved a bill that would change the maximum height of motorcycle handlebars. Current state law restricts handlebar height to no more than 15 inches above the seat, a somewhat arbitrary level, but a common choice with 17 other states. The House has voted 87-0 in favor of Senate Bill 582 to change the maximum height to the rider’s shoulder level, as measured while sitting on the seat.
Most Obvious Press Release Of 2013: Biker Chicks Sexier Than Pedestrians
Tue, 31 Dec 2013In a misallocation of funds Harley-Davidson recently spent an untold buttload of money proving something men have known for years: That women who ride motorcycles are sexier and better between the sheets than women who don’t ride. Common responses from male motorcyclists to the press release were: Duh; Tell me something I didn’t already know; Can I be a recruiter? Meant to entice non-riding females into the Harley-Davidson army by pimping the Bar & Shield’s website, www.h-d.com/women, the press release was peppered with effeminate catchphrases such as “physical intimacy, “communication,” and “improves relationships” but the basal message is one of female motorcyclists being sexier, happier and more confident than their non-riding counterparts.
