The word "low" describes much more than rider position when it comes to the FXDC Dyna Super Glide Custom. While the 25.8-inch seat height is among the lowest in the Harley-Davidson line, features like mid-mount foot controls, highway pegs and a pullback handlebar also gives the Low Rider its slammed looks and precise handling. The bike's ergonomics are well-suited to those looking for a comfortable ride, while the new Twin Cam 96 powertrain actually brings the Low Rider to a higher level of performance for 2007. Black, 10-spoke Cast Aluminum wheels enhance the Low Rider's slammed look, while the handlebar-mounted indicator cluster adds a classic styling touch. A single floating brake rotor displays more of the front wheel and Chrome, Profile Laced Aluminum wheels are optional. The Low Rider is offered in seven solid and three two-tone color combinations, plus three two-tone custom color options.

Best Western Holds Photo Contest for Motorcyclists
Wed, 08 Jun 2011Best Western is holding a new contest for motorcyclists to celebrate its 65th anniversary and the launch of its three types of hotels. The Best Western Ride Rewards Photo Contest is open to motorcycle riders and runs until July 15. To enter, riders must submit photos of their motorcycles in front of a Best Western sign from the chain’s 2,200 North American locations to the Best Western Facebook page.
Harley-Davidson Donated $4.5 Million to Various Causes in 2012
Fri, 15 Feb 2013Harley-Davidson donated more than $4.5 million to support various charitable groups in 2012. The donations, which include both grants and merchandise, went to several organizations, including those around Harley-Davidson‘s bases in Milwaukee, Wis., York, Pa., and Kansas City, Mo., but also to groups across the nation. The Milwaukee chapter of Habitat for Humanity received a $200,000 grant for its Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative, helping fund housing projects in the Washington Park community.
Motus Hires Former H-D Test Rider + Video
Wed, 09 Apr 2014Bruce Edmiston was a Harley-Davidson test rider for over 20 years. In that time, he estimates he’s racked up well north of 500,000 miles on a wide variety of motorcycles from many different parts of the world. He retired from Harley-Davidson in 2009, but the prospect of helping Motus develop an all-American sport-tourer was just the opportunity he needed to come out of retirement and utilize his test riding expertise.
