Deal secures $1.25 billion towards debt repayment and share buybacks Harley-Davidson has secured a new long-term partnership with two investment firms to help operate its financing business, Harley-Davidson Financial Services (HDFS). In response to the announcement, shares in Harley-Davidson rose sharply from $22.85 to a peak of $27.97 despite falling short of earnings expectations for its Q2 2025 results. The two models, a streetbike and a trailbike, are described as being “125cc equivalents” with removable batteries and low seat heights. The two motorcycles are still prototypes, but they look more production ready than the two max-scooter concepts LiveWire presented at EICMA last fall.
