2012 BMW S 1000 Rr , I'm selling my 2012 BMW S1000RR. 4000 miles, brand new Dunlop Q3's and it was recently serviced. It's just over a year old and has the remaining balance of the factory 3 yr/36k mile warranty. Currently installed: * Akrapovic full titanium system (over 20 lb weight savings!) * Ohlins TTX rear shock * Power Commander 5 w/custom tune. (dyno'd at 192 hp!) * Vortex rearsets, levers, case covers, sprockets (520 conversion) * Double bubble windscreen, clear * Factory options: traction control, race ABS, quickshfter My cost for just the bike was $17,400 brand new. Naked BMW S1000RR Spotted Testing in Italy – Video
Wed, 29 May 2013Italian site Motociclismo.it has published a video of what appears to be a naked version of the BMW S1000RR being tested on public roads in Rovereto, Italy. The test model was dressed in camouflage and appears to be close to being ready for production, especially compared to the earlier prototype spotted testing last summer. We expect BMW will officially unveil this S1000RR-based streetfighter at either the Intermot show in Cologne, Germany, or the EICMA show in Milan, Italy, later this fall.

Moto 3, Oral Engineering and the 2012 BMW S1000RR
Thu, 01 Mar 2012KTM and Honda may have been the main players at recent Jerez Moto 3 test but GP newcomers, Oral Engineering, weren’t too far behind with our very own Danny Webb posting the 15th best time. Italian based Oral are supplying engines to Mahindra Racing (Danny & Marcel Schrotter) and Ambroggio Next Racing (Simone Grotzki & Giulian Pedone). Mahindra have their motor housed in an all new, Italian tubular steel chassis, while Ambroggio have gone down the more economic route of using their 2011 Aprilia RSW 125 chassis.
