The MV Agusta F4 RR is the perfect tool for riders who demand the utmost performance. Evolved, exotic, and even further refined, the F4 RR is currently the best that technology can offer to the motorcycling world. To already refined MV Agusta F4, you add even more exotic materials, reduced weight, and, above all, a 201 hp four-cylinder engine which makes the F4 RR the most powerful superbike ever built. MV Agusta Reveal WSBK Graphics
Mon, 17 Feb 2014As MV Agusta unveiled its color scheme for the F4RR it will be campaigning in World Superbike this year, the red/silver graphic is a fitting homage to the company’s history, evoking memories of Giacomo Agostini, among others. World Superbike testing began today at Phillip Island, site of the first race of the season. The new season also marks MV Agusta’s return as a factory team to international racing in quite some time.
Results From Day 2 Of World Supersport Testing At Phillip Island
Tue, 18 Feb 2014If there’s one constant when it comes to World Supersport racing, it’s that Kenan Sofuoglu will be at or near the front at all times. The former champ has a special ability when it comes to lapping middleweight sportbikes as quickly as possible, and it showed again at the conclusion of World Supersport testing at Phillip Island. Sofuoglu’s best time of 1:33.506 was set during the first day of testing, but still nobody was able to beat it.
A masterful display by Shakey and might we see MV Agusta at the TT next year?
Tue, 16 Oct 2012I was interested to see none other than William Dunlop doing some shakedown testing on a very nice MV 675 F3 at Donington recently. The bike appeared failry standard but sounded sweet and looked pretty rapid out on track. Ohlins technician Richard Brendish was gathering information and helping with set up but reckons no definite decision has been made on where we might see MVs racing next year. Back to sensible riding and after dropping in for a brew at Shires Motorcycle Training (Derby) the lovely Emily was telling me if your thinking about taking your bike test (especially if you’re 17) it’s not a bad idea to get it done now.
