2000 Yamaha V-Star 650 Classic with leather saddle bags, front foot pegs and good mileage. The bike looks great for the year model and runs great, the tires have good ware left and the wheels look good. The paint looks great for the year model and the chrome side pipes do have some dents that are reflected in the photos. It has a front brake rotor and the chrome looks good. The front shield has no visible damage and adds to the look of the Bike. Just in time for summer, just kick back and enjoy the ride with the breeze in your face and the roar of the engine. Should Dani Pedrosa win at Le Mans this coming weekend he will become the most successful rider In the premier-class not to win the coveted title. After his triumph in Estoril the Repsol Honda rider currently finds himself on 13 wins and in joint first and a win, at a circuit that sees him rank as one of riders with the most victories in all classes, would make him a clear leader. Joining Pedrosa at the top of the ranking is Max Biaggi and Randy Mamola, two riders who became associated with the number two.

Ryan Villopoto capped off his fourth-consecutive AMA Supercross championship with an impressive victory at the season finale at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider clinched the title at last week’s New Jersey round so he didn’t have to prove anything in Vegas. But he did, leading all 20 laps and winning by nearly 14 seconds.

Yamaha to Produce PES1 and PED1 Electric Motorcycles by 2016

Yamaha announced plans to release the production versions of its PES1 and PED1 concept models within two years as part of the company’s plans to enter the electric motorcycle segment. The PES1 and PED1 (which stands for “Passion, Electric, Street” and “Passion, Electric, Dirt”) concepts were first revealed at last November’s Tokyo Motor Show. In the company’s newly-published annual report, Yamaha confirmed plans to produce the two models, saying: “In sports motorcycles, we are working to create new value with EV sports motorcycles, which we aim to launch in two years, with the development of the small, on-road sports PES1, as well as the PED1, which are being developed to expand the scope of electric vehicles to the off-road world.
