I am offering for sale the thinking man's Bonneville The owner has been a Triumph mechanic,restorer and a enthusiast since 1976 The matching number T140V has been modified for long distance travel and classic looks The gas tank is 4.5 gal from 1971-72 The gear shift is back on the right were it belongs! New exhaust system is a 1963-64 version New Seat is 1978-1979 In the last 137 miles the Bonneville  was completely torn down,  powder coated everything black  New fork tubes,seals,wheel bearings, swing arm bushings, HIGHLIGHTS  Complete rebuild, new valves, guides,valve seat regrind, +0.20 rebore with new Pistons, rings,,Megacyclle 51005, cam,roller bearing conversion to right side.SKF $130 roller bearing,  Morgo oi pump, new Amal Premium 930 carbs, new Boyer ignition, 3 phase output alternator,diode eliminator, LED tail light, H-4 headlight,all new electrics, new cables and rubber bits and pieces   Please expand the photo's and email with your concerns or ??

Third Annual ‘The MEET’ at ACM

More than 2,000 attendees visited America’s Car Museum for its 3rd annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival ‘The MEET’ last weekend in Tacoma, Washington, where over 300 motorcycles and scooters were showcased on the Haub Family Field at LeMay. The event drew pre-1981 motorcycles and scooters from the U.S. and Canada, including an antique motorcycle display, swap meet, cruise-in and a 78-mile roundtrip tour from ACM’s Anderson Plaza to Mt. Rainier.

British motorcycle design studio Xenophya Design and product designer Ellis Pitt have teamed up to produce a new company, Mac Motorcycles. Based out of Upton-Upon-Severn in Worcestershire, England, Mac Motorcycles will produce a line of bikes powered by Buell’s air-cooled single cylinder 492cc engines used in the Blast, with a tubular backbone frame. On the company’s website, Pitt describes its bikes as being simple to maintain, include references and details from choppers and bobbers and feature “Harley posture, flat-track manners, Ducati handling”.
