Restored by previous owner: Oil sump cleaned New pistons, rod bearings, and valve guides New gauges Amal carburetors Boyer Ignition New alternator I require a $500 deposit within 24hrs of auction close from winning bidder. This is a non-refundable deposit and will be applied to final sales price. The remainder of full payment is due within 7 days by Cash or Cashier's Check from a major bank. 2013 US Motorcycle Sales Data
Tue, 04 Feb 2014The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) reported a modest 1.4% growth in U.S. motorcycle and scooter sales in 2013, with consumers purchasing 465,783 vehicles. The sales data represents numbers from the MIC’s member brands which include BMW, Can-Am, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, the Piaggio Group (which includes Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa), Victory, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha.
Spy Video of Updated Triumph Daytona 675 Testing
Fri, 05 Aug 2011MCN has released a video of what appears to be an updated Triumph Daytona 675 undergoing road testing. Filmed by an MCN reader near Triumph’s Hinckley factory, the video quality isn’t very high, but we can see some details from the enhanced screenshot above (click to see a larger version). The most noticeable change is the placement of the exhaust.
Triumph to Sponsor Jason DiSalvo Speed Academy
Wed, 18 Apr 2012Triumph Motorcycles has signed a sponsorship agreement with Jason DiSalvo‘s riding school. The 2011 Daytona 200 winner rides a Triumph Daytona 675R for the Latus Motors AMA Daytona Sportbike team so it’s no surprise the British manufacturer is sponsoring the Jason DiSalvo Speed Academy. DiSalvo also raced for Triumph-backed BE1 World Supersport team, and though he left the team on rather murky terms, DiSalvo and Triumph enjoy a strong working relationship.
