Suzuki RM-Z tech info
Suzuki RM-Z description
this is a great bike with a lot of money invested in it! Well over $3,000 invested in handling upgrades! The motor's top-end has recently been rebuilt with OEM -stock- parts by a great mechanic at a legitimate shop. Motor has always been stock as any 450 is plenty fast! Bike was bought new in 2013 and received a full RG3 diamond kit suspension upgrade in 2014 (over a $2,500 upgrade) that included anodizing the upper fork tubes, caps, clamps, & adjusters, & DLC coating the lower fork tubes & shock shaft black. It has been revalved and setup for a 175lb. Vet Pro rider and has recently had the fork & shock oil & seals replaced. other modifications include: RG3 black upper & lower triple clamps, oversize front brake, ODI Kawi/Honda bend handlebars, ODI lock-on grips, sunstar unbreakable front brake lever, Pro Taper pegs, Hammerhead black brake pedal, torc1 black shifter, T.M. yellow chain guides, & full factory Suzuki graphics kit. Comes with stock handlebars, extra air filters, extra mapping couplers to change power delivery, spoke wrench, & service manual. Damage to the bike includes a flat spot on the rr. rim which hasn't affected performance, and slight rub marks and scratches that can be expected on a used bike ridden with knee braces & boots. Other than that the bike appears to be in great condition. However, as is typical with all dirt bikes this bike is sold as is, without any warranty.

MotoGP should return to Suzuka
Thu, 14 Jul 2011Suzuka was always one of the great circuits; unfortunately the Japanese track was dropped following the tragic death of Daijiro Kato in 2003 as the course was deemed too tight and dangerous for the rapid four-strokes. Owned by Honda, Suzuka is a magical place combining arching S-bends from the start of the lap, high-speed in the middle and finished off with the technical and oft racing deciding final chicane, the location of many fantastic last lap battles. However the death of Kato, and Honda’s major hope of a Japanese champion, placed a dark cloud over the 5.807 kilometres of tarmac.
