Up for bid is a 2001 SUZUKI GSXR600 with a low reserve. This bike has only 11797 miles and starts right on up and runs fine. The problem is that it has been dropped and there is damage to the plastic, the right footpeg is broken and the right brake lever is broken. The front fender is missing either from damage or for looks and the low beam is disconnected. It has a Yoshimura RS3 exhaust which makes it sound real nice and the eurotail gives it that sleek look. But since it has been down, we are going to be selling it cheap, rather than putting in the time and effort to get what this bike Should draw. Yet, this might be a great opportunity for someone to grab up a nice bike, put a little effort into getting it ship-shape and going out having a lot of fun. Mon, 06 Oct 2014At Intermot this year Suzuki made it official: the company was returning to MotoGP in 2015. There had been some speculation about a 2016 return considering that will be the year of new ECUs and a switch to Michelin spec tires, but team boss Davide Brivio confirmed the GSX-RR prototype will be in action next year, piloted by Aleix Espargaro and Maverick Vinales. However, Suzuki will also make a wildcard appearance at the season ending round of the championship at Valencia with test rider, Randy DePuniet, at the helm.
