Kawasaki Vulcan description

2012 Kawasaki Vulcan 1700 Nomad, The Vulcan 1700 Nomad has a powerful 1,700cc liquid-cooled V-twin engine, six-speed transmission for relaxed cruising, as well as electronic cruise control that works with the electronic throttle valve system for precision, and a low 28.7-inch seat. Vulcan 1700 Nomad can be the perfect companion for touring or just cruising down the boulevard. This flexibility means it can be many things to different riders. For some it s a full-blown touring bike, its windshield, hard saddlebags, floorboards, backrest and standard cruise control taking the sting out of long days in the saddle.

Kawasaki officially launched its 2014 World Superbike Championship campaign, introducing its three-rider lineup of reigning World Champion Tom Sykes, Loris Baz and David Salom along with the Ninja ZX-10R superbike. The Japanese manufacturer also used the launch party in Barcelona, Spain, to mark the 30th anniversary of the Ninja line which began with the 1984 Kawasaki GPZ900R. Kawasaki revealed a special 30th anniversary logo which will be featured on the side fairings of the 2014 Ninja ZX-10R superbike’s livery.

Sun, 25 Dec 2016

The small sportbike was last updated in 2013, but the next update is just around the corner. The Japanese magazine Young Machine has published a hypothetical (or, who knows, very likely) image of the new generation Kawasaki Ninja 250, which will appear at the end of next year or in 2018. The render is intriguing: according to it, the younger “ninja” can get a “birdcage” frame and a “changeling” fork.

2014 Kawasaki KSR Pro Announced

Fri, 01 Nov 2013

When Honda introduced the Grom earlier this year, it kicked off a renewed interest in the monkey bike, small-sized motorcycles with a high fun-factor that made up for its single-digit horsepower output. Suzuki is on board, announcing a new electric mini-bike concept called the Extrigger. But we’d be remiss if we forget that Kawasaki has been producing a mini-bike of its own for the Asian market.
