Kawasaki Other description

Here is a very original, unrestored, untouched, unpolished 1975 Kawasaki 175 F7. I'm not in the motorcycle detail business.
Hosed it off any took the pics. This bike is not a highly polished and detailed bike. If that's you prefer, be the high bidder and do what you want. I like to ride them.

NO RESERVE. GOES TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER!!

Every pic confirms the originality of the bike. The bike has never been ridden off road or been down. Skid plate, frame rail and exhaust confirm it. Has the original chains on foot controls. Wheels do not have a ding and spin straight. All handlebars and all controls are in great shape and original. There is a small scratch on the left side of the tank about 1 inch long. The original owner had the inside of tank coated. The side covers are in very good condition. The seat has a few prick marks on it like something was left on the seat. Under the seat and pan is very good and original. It  has the tools in the toolbox. Please study the pics. All lights and signals work. If you have any ?'s just ask.

This bike needs nothing but a rider. I've seen some F7s with a luggage rack. Do not have one. I'm sure you can find one on Ebay for less than $50. I will post a link to a video of the bike in the next few days.I do not

If you have any questions please ask.

If you have less than 5 feedback please contact me before bidding. I will reject your bid unless we discuss first. This way I try to remove scammers. I also do not want to give the perception that there is a Shill Bidder.

This bike will go to the highest bidder. A $250 non-refundable deposit is due within 24hrs. Thanks and happy bidding.

Will make myself available to your shipping company. I do not crate the bike, ETC. Oversees bidders are welcome. Please follow the payment schedule if you win.

EICMA 2011: Kawasaki Versys 1000 Not Coming to U.S.

Wed, 09 Nov 2011

While Kawasaki unveiled its Versys 1000 at EICMA, don’t expect to see it on American roadways any time soon (edit: but if you live north of the border in Canada you’re in luck, as it will offered for CN$13,999, a bit higher than the Z1000 but the same price as the Ninja 1000): What will we be missing? A bigger, badder version of the original Kawasaki Versys seems to be the answer. “Created as the long-awaited big brother of Kawasaki’s mid-size any-road street surfer, the new Versys 1000 is designed to enable the greatest riding enjoyment in the widest variety of street riding situations,” Kawasaki Motors Europe says in a release.

French Moto Website Anticipates Versys 1000 at EICMA 2011

Mon, 24 Oct 2011

Musings of a liter-size engined Kawasaki Versys have circulated the web for a few years now, as loyalists of the likable Versys 650, as well as displacement-driven riders waiting in the wings, have pondered the potential of a more powerful adventure bike from Kawasaki that’s in the same league as BMW’s R1200GS and Yamaha’s Super Tenere. Alas, nothing of the sort has ever left the lips of Kawasaki, let alone go into production. Recently, however, the French motorcycle website, Moto-net.com, has produced convincing images that appear like photos of a complete Versys 1000, including matching hard luggage.

2014 AMA Supercross – San Diego Results

Mon, 10 Feb 2014

James Stewart captured his first AMA Supercross win of the season, leading all 20 laps before a crowd of 56,828 fans at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego, Calif. The Yoshimura Suzuki rider becomes the fourth different winner of  the season in the 450 class through six rounds. The news was less positive for last week’s winner Chad Reed.
