Barn Find Bike vin Z1F501752
1976 Kawasaki KZ 900 with only 11,000 original miles, this bike has spent its life tucked away here in Northern Maine. Wrapped in a Vetter Windjammer fairing until this summer, the bike has always been ridden gently, the 2nd owner parked it in 06, It had new tires put on that year and was ridden less than 200miles, I put a new battery in this year along with a new fuel petcock, the bike starts and runs on all 4 cyl, but should have a full service including oil change, plugs, fuel lines and carbs cleaned before hitting the road, the chrome is really nice, but the original paint is baked..... it should be redone but can be ridden as is if you so choose. the seat also has a couple age splits....comes with period correct crashbars and sissybar ... and under the seat is the original tool kit and rear tray with the original owners manual...overall this bike is in great condition....
Maine does not title anything built before 1995 so the bike will have a Transferable Registrations and Bill of Sale thats good in all 50 states for transfer of ownership, and will work for our overseas buyers as well. If you have a question you can ask here, or
207-532-8284 text or call, text is best thanks for looking...

If there’s one constant when it comes to World Supersport racing, it’s that Kenan Sofuoglu will be at or near the front at all times. The former champ has a special ability when it comes to lapping middleweight sportbikes as quickly as possible, and it showed again at the conclusion of World Supersport testing at Phillip Island. Sofuoglu’s best time of 1:33.506 was set during the first day of testing, but still nobody was able to beat it.Thu, 28 Jul 2011 00:00:00 -0700
The U.S. motorcycle industry saw a 4.6% decrease in year-on-year sales over the first six months of 2011, thanks mostly to a 17.3% drop in ATV sales. Motorcycle and scooter sales however saw a 1.7% bump in the first half .Fri, 15 Feb 2013 00:00:00 -0800
You may remember last fall’s release of the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R was accompanied by a mind-blowing short video commercial of a rider screaming around the 37.33-mile Isle of Man TT course aboard the new 636 Ninja. Now, Team Green has just released a “Making Of” video about the production of that video, featuring TT star James Hillier. This behind-the-scenes short film shows the crew capturing Hillier as he passes within millimeters of the camera. You’ll see the camera-equipped pursuit bike racing side-by-side with Hillier, as well as the aerial heli-cam.
