Honda XR description

This is one of the best examples you will find of a 2000 XR50Y.  It has very low hours.  I bought it for my son when he was 5 years old.  It has been ridden very little and garaged ever since he was 6.  It is in excellent condition and runs like new. This is one of the most bullet proof engines that Honda ever produced.  This will make an excellent starter bike for someone or can be used as a pit bike.  It has new knobby tires installed, a Big Gun exhaust pipe, a Tall Seat, BBR Triple Clamps and raised Handlebars (including BBR hardware), and VMS shifter.

AMA Supercross: 2012 Arlington Results

Tue, 21 Feb 2012

Defending champion Ryan Villopoto won his third consecutive AMA Supercross race in Arlington, Texas, but the victory was overshadowed by a season-ending injury suffered by one of his main challengers Chad Reed. TwoTwo Motorsport Honda‘s Reed trailed Villopoto in second place for the first six laps at Cowboys Stadium. Disaster struck on Lap 7 however as Reed crashed hard in the whoops.

The North East,Prescott and fast laps with Chris Walker at Mallory

Thu, 26 Apr 2012

A big thanks to all at Newcastle Motorcycles for lending me a Honda CB1000F on Saturday to do nothing other than join mates for a blast round some fantastic roads in the North East. The buddies in question were Alan Smith (Bradley’s dad) and two stroke addict and race fan Chris Berriman. We headed east over the moors from the ‘Toon’ heading towards Barnard Castle then back through Consett before finishing up at the picturesque Tynemouth.

Video: Honda Crossrunner v mountain pass

Fri, 01 Apr 2011

This road (the one in the video) was a previously unseen, super-steep mountain pass which needed first gear for the hairpins and second between them with an occasional grab at third on the quicker sections. It was the sort of road that pumps up your forearms and makes you crane your neck to see what's coming next (mainly cyclists). The surface was rubbish.
