Up for bids. This is a very nice,low mileage 750 F. I purchased this bike about a year ago,it had sat in a garage for years.
I did a complete maintance job on it over the winter. Replaced) Tires,rear brake pads,exhaust gaskets,carb.float needles,one throttle cable,fork seals,brake fluids,oil and filter,new battery and other small items. The valves and cam chain were all adjusted to specs. The bucket is off of a 77A. This vintage bike runs and performs very well. Look closely at the pictures, this bike is very clean. Nice classic sohc 750 that turns heads. |

2014 Honda CTX700 Recalled in Canada for ABS Issue
Thu, 11 Jul 2013Transport Canada announced a recall for the new Honda CTX700 because of a manufacturing error in its anti-lock braking system. The Canadian recall applies to both the CTX700N and the partially-faired CTX700T (known simply as the Honda CTX700 in the U.S. market and other markets.) According to the recall notice, the ABS modulator may have been manufactured incorrectly and could potentially fail, allowing the front and/or rear wheels to lock up under heavy braking, increasing the risk of a crash.
2012 US Motorcycle Sales Results – Industry Reports 2.6% Increase

Day 4 Dakar 2014: Juan Pedrero Wins Stage Aboard Sherco
Wed, 08 Jan 2014Stage 4 of the 2014 Dakar saw Juan Pedrero take his maiden victory aboard a Sherco SR 450 Rally. Although not in contention for the overall, Pedrero showed he has outgrown his previous role as Marc Coma’s lieutenant at KTM by bringing his Sherco across the finish line 3:10 faster than third place Coma and 29 seconds faster than second place finisher Francisco Lopez. Coma’s performance in today’s stage moved him to only 3:10 behind overall leader Joan Barreda.
