Howdy Folks. This is a 1985 FLHT with sidecar in black. It runs well. The car battery is in the sidecar. It has some broken parts but I have replacements for these. It has a little over 55,000 miles on it. The sidecar is wider than most and fits 2 kids side by side. The sidecar is detached for now for easier transport. All fittings are there. The whole unit is quite sturdy. I have to move this out along with a 93 FLHS with a little over 60,000 miles in another advert. $10,000 for both of em. Both run very well and the 93 has an Andrews cam and new pushrods and lifters...pretty quick. I have never dogged either one. Shipping's on the buyer but I will help doing so, or I will deliver it myself for $1.30 per mile. A $500 will be Pay Paled immediately upon winning and we'll figure out the final payment, after that. Blues Brothers Too Old for Harley-Davidson 110th Anniversary Celebration?
Fri, 10 May 2013Comedian Dan Aykroyd says he offered to bring his Blues Brothers act to Harley-Davidson‘s 110th Anniversary celebrations but was turned down because H-D executives said the act was too old for the company’s target demographics. Aykroyd, playing the role of Elwood J. Blues with the late John Belushi playing “Joliet” Jake Blues, posted a statement on his official Facebook page suggesting Elwood is trading in his Harley-Davidson motorcycle for a Can-Am Spyder.
Harley-Davidson Opens Latin America Office in Miami
Thu, 13 Oct 2011Harley-Davidson opened a new regional headquarters in Miami, Fla., to house the company’s Latin America operations. The new Harley-Davidson Latin America headquarters supports the Motor Company’s subsidiaries in Brazil, Mexico and other countries in Central and South America. Harley-Davidson projects international sales to exceed 40% of the company’s revenue by 2014 with the Latin America office a prime area of growth.
