2005 Harley-Davidson Sportster 883 CUSTOM, This is a sad day but I must sell my Harley Sportster 883 custom. This bike has many upgrades.....screaming eagle A/C kit, Python Pipes (deep sound), Chrome covers, upgraded grips, windscreen, Bags, and many more. The bike is a 2005 with very low miles! This bike is easily worth $4500.00 but it has been sitting for awhile and needs a carb clean up and adjustment ($16.00 kit at harley). Serious buyers only. Backflips on a Harley? [video]
Mon, 07 Dec 2009In late November two motorcycle daredevils from opposite sides of the world were fighting to see who would be the first to backflip a Harley Davidson XR1200 motorcycle. Australia’s Kain Saul reached the Promised Land first when he made a successful jump in Sydney on November 27. Harley-Davidson believes Saul’s jump is the first ever successful backflip for any full size street motorcycle.
New Harley-Davidson Sportster for India to Use 500cc V-Twin
Thu, 03 Jan 2013When Harley-Davidson first entered the Indian market, The Motor Company decided to import existing models as complete knockdown kits for final assembly in the burgeoning market. Considering the average motorcycle in India has a displacement smaller than 200cc, it was inevitable Harley-Davidson would eventually have to produce a small-displacement model rather than rely on its existing product line which currently lists the 883cc sportsters as its smallest bikes. Despite a denial last May by Harley-Davidson India’s Managing Director Anoop Prakash, it now appears Harley-Davidson is set to announce a new small-displacement model to be produced in India at the 2014 Indian Auto Expo next February.
