Up for sale is a really nice 1948 Harley Davidson Panhead with mostly all ORIGINAL paint! Tanks and rear fender are OG. Front fender has been blended in by one of the best painters out there that specializes in this type of work. All original HD sheetmetal, parts and pieces. Belly numbers match. Great investment piece as this is a correct bike. The pics don't lie - there are some dents and dings, but no rust. Wonderful patina that cannot be replicated. No repairs to the frame, either. The bike had a full mechanical overhaul less than 1,000 miles ago and is a runner. New tires. These pics were taken on 5/02/16. What you see is what you get. If you have questions, please ask. I will be responsive as I can be via ebay messaging. This bike is for sale locally and internationally, and I reserve the right to remove from Ebay should the bike be sold. I do welcome inspections but they must be performed PRIOR to auction's end. Bike is located in Atlanta, GA. Clean and clear title in my possession. ALL shipping arrangements must be made by buyer. Japanese Bike Shop Giving Away Harley-Davidson with Life-Sized Anime Character
Mon, 15 Apr 2013Japanese shop Bike-O is holding a draw with a rather unique grand prize: a used 2008 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide with a life-sized figure of anime character Fujiko Mine from the long-running anime and manga series “Lupin III“. We’re not sure whether the motorcycle or the statue is supposed to be the bigger prize here, to be honest. Obviously, we’d rather have an actual road-worthy Harley-Davidson Electra Glide with a custom “champagne pink” paint job.
New Harley-Davidson Sportster for India to Use 500cc V-Twin
Thu, 03 Jan 2013When Harley-Davidson first entered the Indian market, The Motor Company decided to import existing models as complete knockdown kits for final assembly in the burgeoning market. Considering the average motorcycle in India has a displacement smaller than 200cc, it was inevitable Harley-Davidson would eventually have to produce a small-displacement model rather than rely on its existing product line which currently lists the 883cc sportsters as its smallest bikes. Despite a denial last May by Harley-Davidson India’s Managing Director Anoop Prakash, it now appears Harley-Davidson is set to announce a new small-displacement model to be produced in India at the 2014 Indian Auto Expo next February.
