2007 HARLEY DROP FRAME CHOPPER BUILT BY AND TITLED AS A DIAGO CHOPPER THIS IS NOT ASSEMBLED FROM PARTS. CUSTOM FLAMED PAINT ON TINS AND FRAME. CUSTOM TURN SIGNALS IN FRAME IN REAR AND IN BARS UP FRONT GIVING THIS BIKE A CLEAN LOOK. NO BULKY HANDLE BAR CONTROLS ON THIS BEAUTT ONLY SMALL BUTTONS ON THE HANDLE BARS FOR TURN SIGNALS. PM 4 PISTON BRAKE CALIPERS FRONT AND REAR. CUSTOM LEFT SIDE REAR BRAKE LEAVING THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE BACK WHEEL CLEAN AND EXPOSED.BDL BELT DRIVE TWO SEATS ONE SOLO AND ONE TWO UP LOW MILAGE HAS NOT BE RIDEN SINCE NOV. SO I JUST HAD THE S&S CARBORATOR REBUILT AND A NEW BATTERY PUT IN. NEW TIRES FRONT AND REAR WITH A 250 IN THE REAR. SPOKE WHEELS FRONT AND REAR THIS BIKE WAS OVER $30,000.00 WHEN IT WAS NEW AND SHOWS NO SIGNS OF AGE DUE TO IT WAS MY THIRD BIKE AND HARDLY RODE THIS ONE MOST OF THE TIME IT WAS USED BY MY BROTHER TO TAKE A RIDE WITH ME BUT HAS NOT HAD THE TIME TO RIDE IT SINCE NOV. SO ITS TIME FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO ENJOY THIS CHOPPER THAT WAS BUILT WITH THE BEST OF EVERYTHING. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS IS TITLED AS A DIAGO CHOPPER AND IS NOT ONE OF THOSE BIKES THAT WAS PUT TOGETHER WITH ALL USED PARTS THIS BIKE WAS BUILT WITH NEW EVERYTHING AND BEING SOLD WITH NO RESERVE TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER.

Margie Siegal, former columnist for IronWorks Magazine and motorcycle enthusiast has written a book on the history of the world’s most famous motorcycle, Harley-Davidson. Entitled,  Harley-Davidson: A History of the World’s Most Famous Motorcycle, the book ties together the mechanical evolution of the Harley engines, the social history of Harley and the beautiful visuals associated with Harleys in design, advertising, artful photography and collectibles. Harley-Davidson are words that evoke the open American road and the “Made in America” tradition like no others.

Harley-Davidson Museum Announces Black Leather Jacket Exhibit

The Harley-Davidson Museum is opening a new exhibit dedicated to an iconic piece of motorcycle culture: the black leather jacket. The “Worn to be Wild: The Black Leather Jacket“  exhibit will showcase the ubiquitous article from many riders’ wardrobe.The exhibit includes over 100 artifacts including jackets designed by fashion houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier and Gianni Versace, as well as jackets worn by celebrities such as Elvis Presley. “The leather jacket symbolizes different things for each person who wears it, whether they are a motorcyclist, celebrity or a top designer,” says Bill Davidson, vice president of the Harley-Davidson Museum.
