All of the castings in these engines are poured in U.S. foundries and are based on all-new CAD designs cast from C355 aluminum, a common U.S. military alloy known for its stability over multiple heat cycles. The engine components are machined on state of the art CNC equipment for guaranteed dimensional accuracy and repeatability. All of our engines are dynamically balanced using proprietary methods to provide the smoothest running engines on the market and now with our new high flow cylinder heads these engines now can boast the most powerful engines on the market as well!! Case
Made In U.S.A. Cast-in steel inserts guaranteed not to move. Large bore breather for increased crank case vacuum and less blow by. 1/2" Alignment dowels for true line bore. Counterbored stainless allen head case bolts. Close machining tolerances. Made from prime C355-T6 aluminum that is superior in strength to A356. Styling and cosmetic machining for a custom look.

Crankshaft
Forged 4140 Steel. Dynamic balanced for the smoothest running engines in the industry. Light weight 7.44" high-performance H-beam rods w/.792" fins. Jims Machining shafts and pins.

C355 Casting. Cast-in liners will not move. All fins are machined for an excellent cosmetic appearance.

Carburetor
Ultima is proud to introduce our performance carburetors, directly interchangeable with S&S Super G Carburetors. Ultima®carburetors will accept S&S jets and S&S bolt pattern air filter assemblies.
Patented design improvements - a relocated accelerator pump nozzle for increased throttle response and THUNDER JETS are a bolt on! Simply remove the plugs and screw in the Thunder Jet. No expensive machining required!

At last there's a solution that reduces vibration and improves acceleration. When the bike hits freeway speeds, simply shift into 6th gear and lower the cruising RPM. Freeway cruising becomes more enjoyable with reduced vibration, increased gas mileage while keeping the engine in the heart of its torque band. This 6-speed transmission is complete, and ready-to-install

Jesse James to Appear on American Chopper

In a press release from Discovery Channel, Jesse James is slated to appear in two episodes of American Chopper in December on Discovery Channel. The release states that the two-episode event is a head-to-head build off between Orange County Choppers, headlined, of course, by the notoriously famous Teutul family, and James. According to the release Chopper fans will have the opportunity to vote on their favorite bike after seeing the three finished products during the regularly scheduled American Chopper on Monday, Dec.

OCC Rocks!

The OCC Band, which is composed of Orange County Choppers co-workers, will be featured in this classic rock compilation CD that was curated by Paul Teutul Sr.  One of the songs listed on the track list, “Summertime Blues”, will feature Paul Sr. on vocals.  The CD will also feature Judas Priest, Ted Nugent, Blue Oyster Cult and many more… New episodes of American Chopper will start on Thursday, October 22nd at 9PM on TLC, but it will be in the second show of the season on October 29th that will focus on the making of the album and the building of the custom bike that appears on the CD cover.  The OCC Rocks CD will be available in stores on October 27th and will sell for $12.98.
