Chopper Chopper description

No lowball offers please. This is a badass bike for a badass dude and I am in no hurry to sell. I know there aren't a lot of badasses out there so I will wait for one to come by.

Here is a video of the chopper idling. BLACK BETTY

I'm selling the baddest chopper in town.  She's long, low and could be the loudest bike in Florida.  I love this chopper and don't want to sell but we have some health problems in my family that have to be taken care of.

I just put her back together this weekend after breaking it apart to change the shifter pawl. New gaskets on the tranny, new clutch hub nut and seal. The transmission is good, engine is strong and I would hop on her today and ride for 10 hours with no issues. I added $100 bucks to my asking price because of the new shifter pawl and clutch hub nut.

  • The engine is  1999 FXSTC Harley Evo with custom cams
  • Joe Hunt magneto with new points, coil, etc.
  • New tires a month ago
  • New clutch hub and rear sprocket last month
  • custom tooled leather seat with copper rivets
  • custom wheels
  • custom springer frontend
  • suicide shift / foot clutch with k-bar knife shifter
  • over 9 feet long

This bike is not a trailer queen.  I'm not a fan of chrome and clear coat...every once in awhile I spray some black paint on the tank and fender and ride it before it dries.  If you want a chrome monster with 20 coats of clear coat you can make it that.

She always starts on the 1st or 2nd kick if you do it right...a quick twist of the throttle, choke on 2nd position, kick.  Choke off, another squirt of gas and she usually starts.  If the temp is below 50 degrees you might have to kick her a few times.

This chopper has a 5 speed tranny with a kick start.  The tranny shifts well she's plenty fast enough.  There's no speedo but I guess I've had it to about 110 mph.  It's a pretty hairy experience...not for the feint of heart.

You can tell from looking at her that she gets ALL the attention when we're out and about.  Everyday I catch someone on the highway taking pictures of her and when I park it people come out of the woodwork to check it out.

This bike is not for a new rider...it will throw you off the back when you hit the throttle.  The suicide shift is a lot easier to ride than you think and I can give you some pointers if you've never ridden one. If you can drive a car with a manual transmission you cand ride this bike.

This is a real chopper. It's a very simple setup that anyone can wrench on.  It's loud and mean and needs a few tweaks every once in awhile, but honestly she's the best bike I've ever owned and I will die a little inside when she's gone.  Like I said you might want to paint it but I like it the way it is.

If you're reasonably close I can ride her to you for delivery, or I will help you ship it if you're far away.

Orange County Choppers goes electric

Thu, 13 Aug 2009

The video you're watching isn't the electric chopper built by Orange County Choppers, but Paul Teutal Sr. has been showing off the Siemens Smart Chopper that he did build, a chopper built for Siemens to display their technical prowess. According to Teutal Sr., the Smart Chopper has a range of around 60 miles and can do up to 100mph.

Grand Theft Auto IV Add-On: Time to Join A Biker Gang

Fri, 13 Feb 2009

Let’s get the usual Grand Theft Auto talk out of the way: Yes, in GTA4 you can steal cars, kill innocent civilians (and not-so innocent civilians), hire prostitutes, and go to a strip club to get a lap dance. You’ve heard about Grand Theft Auto’s reputation before, I’m not going to repeat it again. What hardly gets out into the mass media is the quality of the game, from visuals to story telling.
