Had it in 2004 at Sturges  ( he doesn 't make many complete bikes ) signed  by Arlen Ness.

The bike as a 2004 built as the Y2K frame with rubber mounts. 
2036 CC  T/P Pro Series Custom Engineering a large Monster with 122 Hp and 130 ft of TORQUE.
Chrome every ware/ 220 rear wheel
 6 speed Roadmax trans all this and still under 3000 miles
