Can-Am SPYDER description

This Can Am Spyder is in like new condition  however there are two small blemishes one on the housing of the right side mirror it is a small chip about the size of a pea and two 1/4" parallel scratches on the lid of the trunk see attached photos. The Spyder is manual shift  Only one previous owner.

TRADE INS WELCOME In the final price will absorb the documentation and title fees. Sales tax will be collected from residents of these states Arizona 5.6%, California 7.5%, Florida 6%, Indiana 7%, Massachusetts 5.25%, Michigan 6%, South Carolina 6% with a 300.00 cap( South Carolina only) all Ohio residences will pay the tax rate of the county in which you reside.   

RETURNS:  If the bike does not meet the description and it is materially different than we have presented we will refund your money.  We want to be fair about the transaction and a fair deal has to be fair to both parties!   Down payment of  $250.00 must be made within 24 hours of close, the balance paid within 7 working days unless other arrangements are agreed upon. I accept certified bank checks, money orders, bank to bank wire transfers and cash in person. PayPal and credit cards are only accepted for down payment and may not be used for the balance.  Financing is available for most states go to to apply on line of contact Pam at 614-917-1350 ext 228.  

SHIPPING: We offer Shipping worldwide and in the US. we cannot guarantee shipping times and prices.  We simply bid it out with specialized carriers and let them take it from door to door. We will work with any shipper the buyer desires. Buyer is responsible for any postage, shipping, state fees or taxes in your state if any.  I sell many bikes in Canada and will be glad to assist in the proper paper work for you to import your bike.


Auction Details:

This vehicle is listed for sale at Independent Motorsports and on our website.  This is a RESERVE auction with a “Buy-it-Now” price that is same as showroom price.  OUR GOAL IS TO SELL THIS VEHICLE so, the reserve may be lowered to meet the highest bid and we will entertain all offers via Ebay or walk in customer.   Therefore we reserve the right to close the auction at any point in time to sell this vehicle. Please place your bid accordingly or make me an offer to “buy it now” and I will end the auction and sell you the bike. 

Bidders are welcome to inspect the vehicle on our showroom and test drive during working hours (Mon-Fri 10-6 and Sat 10-4, closed Sunday).   Our showroom is located at 3930 South High Street, Columbus OH 43207.  Please call 614-917-1350 and get the detail on this vehicle; we want all customers to feel comfortable with the purchase of this vehicle and our shop.

We invite our customers to come physically inspect and test ride our vehicles; if you cannot come we would make the vehicle available to an independent inspector of your choice.  After the sale if the bike does not meet the description we have provided and it is materially different than we have presented we will refund your money/deposit.  We want to be fair about the transaction and a fair deal has to be fair to both parties!   After inspection and test ride vehicle sales are final.   We would not accept a return, but would be willing to make offer on a buy-back purchase.

A $250.00 deposit is requested within 24 hours of auction close.   Credit card or Paypal are accepted as payment forms for the deposit only.  The forms of payment accepted are:

Charles Bombardier, creator of the highly controversial Can-Am Spyder and grandson of the man who invented the snowmobile, thinks he has an idea to make trikes cool. It’s a tall order, considering most motorcycling circles banish three-wheelers as some kind of second class device, not worthy of mingling with true two wheelers.
