I am selling my 2014 BMW S1000RR with 17986 miles on it. The 18000 mile service including the valve adjustment has been completed. All service records are available at Irv Seaver BMW in Orange, California. This vehicle was used for commuting and spirited rides through the canyon. This vehicle is equipped with the following additions. This vehicle is in excellent operating condition and will not disappoint you in with its performance.  All OEM components for this motorcycle will be offered at no additional charge to the new owner.

    2012 BMW K1600GT, K1600GTL Engine Stall Recall Announced for US

    The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has announced a recall for 2,475 units of the 2012 BMW K1600GT and K1600GTL in the U.S. because of a software problem causing engines to stall. A similar recall was previously announced in Canada but we now have more information about the problem.

    2013 BMW R1200GS Deliveries Delayed to Fix Suspension Issue

    BMW has reportedly delayed delivers of the revamped R1200GS in Italy to correct a problem with its Telelever front suspension. According to Motociclismo.it, BMW discovered a problem where the Telelever meets the steering plate. BMW reportedly has a fix, but it requires some special tooling.

    Not sure what's going on with the sound in this vid, but it calms down after a minute - sorry! As my long term BMW S1000RR does most of its miles working hard on track days, I felt an early 6000 mile service might be a good idea. A quick phone call to my local dealer (the friendly and efficient Pidcocks) saw my bike in the workshop the following week and back in my hands by lunchtime.
