BMW Other description

Greetings everyone. I am unfortunately selling my beloved BMW K1200R. Words cannot justify the harmonious power delivery coupled with some of the finest engineering on this planet this bike has to offer. This motorbike embodies the spirit of the true naked urban motorbike - in my opinion 1 of the most illustrious yet austere designs presented on 2 wheels. With 163HP, she is very generous when it comes to requests for power from the rider in almost any condition. I am happy to say this motorbike has always been garage kept, never been in an accident or a spill, and was purchased with every option imaginable.BMW Sport tinted windscreen , Integral ANTI-LOCK BRAKING SYSTEM II, White turn indicators, ESA System (electronic sports adjustment suspension with up to nine settings) Garmin Satellite Navigation system, On-Board Driving computer which elucidates ambient temp, AVERAGE MILES-PER-GALLON, AVERAGE Speed, Oil wear reading and a very accurate range odometer, And Luggage Grid. The tyre pressure sensor system was not added due to glitches BMW deemed not worthy of offering that model year (that is what BMW told me). I have three Keys in total (I purchased two from BMW recently). The bike was serviced 100% of the time at the same BMW dealership and all records of service are available upon request. I believe BMW can print out this vehicle s entire maintenance history if so desired. The Tyres have 1 yr left on a five year full warranty that was purchased at dealer.

Vines motorcycle scrappage

Fri, 17 Jul 2009

Following this year’s earlier Budget announcement about the government’s car scrappage scheme, Vines of Guildford BMW has created a similar scheme for motorcycles. Bike owners with motorcycles bought five or more years ago will be given £1,000 off the list price of a new BMW motorcycle when using their old bike as a part-exchange*.  Riders just need to ensure they have at least six months MOT left and the bike must be taxed with clear HPI.  Just like the Government’s car scrappage scheme has been put in place to help drivers, and the car industry, through tough economic times, Vines of Guildford wanted to offer motorcyclists the same opportunity, to purchase a brand new BMW motorcycle with the benefit of the £1,000 part exchange. As well as enjoying this benefit on the purchase price of a new BMW bike, riders can also look forward to complimentary panniers with all new R1200GS and R1200GS Adventure models, and complimentary Zumo sat nav system with the new R1200RT until 30 Sept, plus access to BMW’s Select Finance options to get riders on their bikes straight away with the option to change their new bike every two to three years.

Wed, 09 Oct 2013

The BMW 4 Series Convertible leaks ahead of an L.A. Debut The headline isn’t meant to suggest the roof of the new BMW 4 Series Cabriolet leaks; we’re sure it doesn’t. (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});But, ahead of its expected debut at the Los Angles Auto Show next month, BMW’s hopes of keeping their convertible 4 Series under warps have been dashed after the BMW Blog published what are almost certainly the first official photos of BMW’s latest convertible.

EICMA 2012: BMW Announces New Boxer to Mark 90th Anniversary

Tue, 13 Nov 2012

Over the summer, we came across spy photos of a new naked version of the BMW S1000RR and a new air-cooled boxer roadster and hoped at least one of the two would be unveiled at either Intermot or the EICMA. Intermot came and went without a word and now EICMA is upon us we have … well, several words but no new model. Yet.
