This is a limited production bike, it is stock except that it has a sargent seat, which is lower than the original, it has handlebar risers which between the 2 make for a more comfortable riding position, more upright not bent over like a pretzel. All the originals, seat, wind screenare included in sale and handlebar riser can be returned to original position. Over all it looks like new, no dents no scratches no damage. It runs good. You will find this bike to be like new. I have a new battery and a battery maintainer with the sale. This bike gets all the looks everywhere it goes..

British Moto-Journalist Kevin Ash Dies at 2013 BMW R1200GS Press Launch

Respected British motorcycle journalist Kevin Ash has died following an accident at a BMW press launch in South Africa for the R1200GS. Ash was a long-time columnist at the U.K.’s MCN as well as the founder of British magazine Fast Bikes. Ash was also a popular freelancer, most notably as the regular motorcycle correspondent for the British newspaper the Daily Telegraph.

2014 BMW R1200GS Adventure Revealed

BMW has updated its R1200GS Adventure for 2014, giving it similar updates introduced on the R1200GS including the liquid-cooled 1170cc boxer engine. The more off-road capable version of the GS now has more power than ever before, as well as the option of coming with BMW’s semi-active suspension.
