If you are familiar with SuperMoto bike or dirt bikes in general you can see that this one has nearly $15,000 dollars invested in it. It take a ton of money to get a dirt bike to this level. This bike was immediately transformed to SuperMoto and has never been on dirt. The bike has a slipper clutch and it was very competitive in class racing. The bike runs great at speed. It starts easy. It has a completely BRAND NEW factory lower end with less than 10 hours.

The bike was dyno tested and the air/fuel was tweaked for maximum performance. The Yamaha has been outfitted with gear to make it street legal in most states with a battery only system (no rewired stators or other junk to screw up the factory system.)

I am getting out of SuperMoto and dirt bikes so this sale includes MANY items. Expensive chain and fork seal tools, various lubes and oils, Alpine Stars boots and any other items I can find to include.

At the reserve price, this bike could easily be parted out and money made!

THIS IS Valentino Rossi's farewell letter to his Fiat Yamaha team following the announcement the flambouyant Italian is to head to Ducati MotoGP in 2011.The hand-written letter, mistakes and all, is written in almost a 'my first romance' kinda way. It's touching, if a little bizarre. Katsuyuki Nakasuga, the surprise podium finisher at last year’s MotoGP finale in Valencia, will have the chance to catch lightning in a bottle once again, after being granted a wild card entry to the 2013 Japanese Grand Prix at Motegi. Nakasuga shocked the racing world with a second-place finish at the Valencian Grand Prix last November as an injury replacement for then-Yamaha factory rider Ben Spies. Nakasuga made the cagey decision to run slick tires in the wet race.

Ryan Villopoto has captured the 2012 AMA Supercross Championship with a dominating performance at Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas. The Monster Energy Kawasaki racer took the lead early in the race after passing holeshot-taker Davi Millsaps on the opening lap. Villopoto would lead the rest of the way for his eighth win of the season.
