Yamaha YZ125 First year for water cooled model! This particular YZ125 is all original and has not been restored. The plastic body work is original to the bike and all in really nice shape, except a small spot of a age on the right side panel. Appears to be a low hours machine. Engine is in nice running order, and bike is ready to hop on and ride! It is not currently titled and will come with a notarized bill of sale. We can help with shipping quotes/prep. Kenny Roberts R1 Auction Nets $87,000 for Charity
Mon, 22 Aug 2011The one-off GYTR-equipped Yamaha YZF-R1 ridden by “King” Kenny Roberts at this year’s U.S. Grand Prix at Laguna Seca was auctioned for $87,000. Roberts and late night television star Jay Leno were the special guest auctioneers for the R1 at Mecum’s Motorcycle Auction in Monterey, Calif.

Fri, 04 May 2012McCarthy’s wit isn’t as quick as his motorcycle. “A prudent man concealeth knowledge: but the heart of fools proclaimeth foolishness.” (Proverbs 12:23 KJV) According to reports, New York State Police arrested Nikkolaus McCarthy, 25, of Charlton, N.Y., this past Wednesday afternoon after he was “clocked” riding his motorcycle at 166 mph on the New York State Thruway in Ravena, N.Y. But it seems McCarthy needs to learn the simple concept of avoiding self-incrimination.
