This bike has 14,000 miles. It was in a minor accident resulting in cosmetic damage that has been 95% replaced - not repaired. (Smacked by a distracted driver on Auburn-Folsom road this past summer) The only issue is some scuffs and scratches. The bike has a clean title and comes with a report. I have changed the oil every 3k miles, just replaced the spark plugs 300 miles ago, new front tire 1000 miles ago, rear tire a month ago. 2500 miles ago I installed carbon fiber M4 exhaust system. In addition I have installed:
GTYR R1 grips Graves bar ends Speed Metal swing-arm sliders clear flush mount side blinkers custom led rear blinkers - one of a kind install. Anodized aluminum roll-a-click clutch and break leavers custom painted wheels, Sony HDR-AS1 action camera top clamp mounted progrip tank protector fender eliminator Clean title in hand and register till Aug 17. This bike has been babied and even with scratches gets attention and complements and is in brand new like shape. Its worth looking at. I am firm on the price and wont negotiate as I just dropped the price in order to purchase a home. The price is a steal and if you come and see the bike you will understand why. The pictures simply do not do the bike justice. In addition to everything listed, I will also include a Shoei Helmet ( used maybe 3 times),front fork trackside stand. For additional amount that we can barter on, I also have a new (purchased last month) Scorpion EXO 1200T with Scala Q3 intercom and an ICON textile jacket if your interested. |

Tommy Hayden to Race 2012 Daytona 200 for Graves Yamaha – Video
Fri, 16 Mar 2012Tommy Hayden has signed on to race in the 2012 Daytona 200 for the Graves Yamaha team as an replacement for injured rider Garrett Gerloff. Gerloff broke his right femur in the first Daytona Sportbike class practice session for the Daytona 200, leaving Yamaha little time to find a replacement. Hayden had raced for Yamaha before, and those old ties reconnected quickly in time for the season opening race.
Lorenzo And Rossi Unveil Yamaha MotoGP 2014 Livery
Fri, 17 Jan 2014Yamaha’s official MotoGP outfit unveiled the team’s official 2014 livery in front of a packed audience in Jakarta, Indonesia. The team’s two factory riders, Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi, were on hand to proudly showcase their YZF-M1 motorcycles. As expected, blue, Yamaha’s factory color, plays a major role in the color scheme, but unlike last year where it was the dominant color, it is equally offset by contrasting white swaths on the upper fairing, fuel tank, and throughout the lower fairing.
Yamaha Trademarks YZF-R3
Thu, 16 Jan 2014Yamaha has filed for a trademark with the European Union for the names “YZF-R3” and “R3“. The trademark applications were filed Jan. 6 and are still under review, but once approved, we should expect Yamaha to introduce a new YZF-R3 soon after.
